Please note that RefectoCil colors need to be mixed with RefectoCil Oxidant to work. RefectoCil Oxidant is purchased separately. You can choose between water-based (liquid) or cream-based (cream) RefectoCil Oxidant.
Not sure which color to choose?
If you have light brown or brown brows: Use colors black, blue-black, chestnut, or brown.
If you have light or blonde brows: Use color graphite or light brown.
