Product information "Refectocil Oxidant Liquid 3% 100 ml"
RefectoCil Oxidant 3% is used as a base for the desired color. RefectoCil Oxidant and color are purchased separately. You can choose between water-based (liquid) or cream-based RefectoCil Oxidant.
Anvendelse:

Mix 10 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant 3% with approximately 2 cm of color.

Stir until you achieve a creamy consistency.

Apply the product to your brows.

Leave on for about 5-10 minutes depending on the intensity of color desired.

Rinse with water and remove any excess color.
